To use:

1) load the program to your RCX with any software that supports NQC. (I recommend Bricx Command Center <bricxcc.sourceforge.net>)

2) point your RCX's infrared port at a TV, stereo, DVD player, VCR, etc. and push the Run button.

3) chuckle to yourself as your friend finds himself unable to change the channel, or do anything with the remote control.


Notes:

1) this program should not conceivably be able to damage anything - it only temporarily locks up the receiver while running, however, if it causes damage to your RCX, home electronics, younger siblings, or anything else in the universe, you may not hold me responsible.

2) if the remote is considerably stronger than the RCX's output power, or is substantially closer to the receiver, this program will not work.  For this reason, I suggest that you set the RCX to high transmit power for best operation.

3) if you do set it for high power, be aware that it will drain your batteries considerably faster than normal, as this program is continually sending signals
