Paris Opera House Grand Staircase by Charles Garnier. Built between 11 March 1998 and 4 May 1998, but never completed. Model goes from upper basement to almost half way up to the rooftop. Torn down in Feb. 2001. Built on two 64x64 prong grey baseplates.
