A Toa of Psionics for Organized Blog Contest 1, hosted by Kylus. The theme was to build a Toa of Psionics using any color blue or gold you want. Sadly, it looks very non-feminine. Her torso is similar to two of my other MOCs, Prisoner 8426 and Kormex.
