Risda was the Toa of Iron who turned the Ce-Matoran Varlokka into a Toa. He and Varlokka traveled together for many years until he was abducted by bandits. Risda wore the Mask of Earth, which gave him limited Earth powers. Pictured wearing a Kanohi Rode.
