The DBR1-300 introduced in 1956, is most famous for winning the 1959 24 Hrs Le Mans, Aston Martins only outright victory at the race. It is one of only three cars in the 1950s to win both the World Sports Car Championship and Le Mans 24 Hrs the same year.
