This model of an AIRBUS A380 in UPS freight version has been designed and built in late July 2006 by Philipp T. (age 10 years) and BenŽ.

The scale is 1:80 (3 studs = 2 meters), which is approximately 50% of Minifig scale. The real plane is 72.75 meters long. 

Building time was roughly 15 hours for the airplane (+ 5 hours for the vehicles).

The building project was meant as a draft for a Minifig scale model to be done possibly in next year.
