This biped walker with center turning wheel is a follow-up of 
CC5 Line Walker contest (see
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=94781 and
http://mindstorms.lego.com/eng/forums/default.asp). 

I built it to prove that this kind of design could be as fast 
as the octopod robot that had the best trip time of 14.5s
(http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=97763).
I succeeded, since the biped was fastest by 0.4 s at 14.1s!
