This suite of Dutch passenger cars and the Belgian Locomotive make a so called ' Benelux ' train. This train runs between Amsterdam (Holland), Antwerp ( Belgium) and Brussels ( Belgium). The locomotive is from the ' Serie11' type, and can drive on 2 different powered lines. All passenger cars (ICR-2 type), including the end car (type BDs) are Dutch. As you can notice on the renderings from the passenger cars, there's a small gap visible. This is caused by the fact that the snotted window is of uneven stud lenght(39 studs). So the rule 2=5 doesn't fit here anymore. I build me the complete train as you can see in the renderings, and i can tell you that you can't see the gap in reality. The color scheme of the real train is mainly yellow and bordeaux (dark red). Due to missing parts in dark red (the front windscreen from the train - design #: 6567) used i standard red. I noticed on the little pictures i found of the BDs car that there are different color schemes used for the front bottom part. I use dark gray, some are red. technical info: width : 6 studs overall lenght loc : 41 studs overall lenght 1° & 2° class car : 53 studs overall lenght BDs car : 54 studs Regards, Ludo Soete - www.belug.be
