Notes for anyone attempting to build this:

I usually create in MLCAD, then actually build the model and correct
any mistakes in the instructions along the way.  Usually, I have very
few mistakes.  While building the Maul I noticed that there were many
places I had inadvertently placed a piece that was occupying the same
space as a brick behind it.  Correcting these tiny errors while building
was easy.  However, fixing these tiny errors in the instructions would
take quite some time, and since I doubt anyone will ever build another
Maul 2.0 I am not going to create 'perfect' instructions.  Any competant
LEGO builder can build the Maul with the instructions, just as I did.
