Original unedited pictures provided by Chris Weeks and Abe Friedman I was there but contributed little, not that I ever do. ;-) (I'm typing these notes Sept 2003) These pix by Chris Weeks: brickyard.jpg, firehouse.jpg - i had these sets at a kid, some of my first. windmill.jpg - had this one or one very much like it. These pix by Abe Friedman: @fig_abe.jpg - the minifig and Abe, uh, who took the pic then? someone was hot in there! k8_tom_kevin.jpg - Tom Cook and Kevin Loch wading through brick ldraw_soccer.jpg - crowded room for Tim's LDraw presentation, i'm back there in the flannel me_fig.jpg - me helping pull the head off the overheated mini-figger! pirate_wars.jpg - can't remember if I played, but it was fun to watch tom_foot.jpg - Sir Thomas Foot demo on how to do LEGO video Things I remember from the fest: - lotsa old sets on display - the K8 room full of brick and people pushing around through it - Pirate Wars lasting all day - someone (Tim Courtney?) wandering around in a giant minifig suit - Tim Courtney giving a presentation on LDraw - Tom Cook's presentation about DCC conversion - Thomas Foot filming a mini-video using Rich's mech There were train and castle displays that I remember very little about. I also didn't goto the outlet. But on the whole it was a blast!
